Since a few months, I have more time to paint and create! Welcome to my new "Pastels"

My art studio is now in my home, Palm Harbor, Florida

Miniature Paintings are easier to create having limited time... and I just love it!

I have removed all the past paintings from my website and shows only miniature paintings for now!

1997 to 2020

I have a vision to express myself as a romantic painter of my surroundings. 

“Painting from nature in “Plein Air” defines how I paint. I feel the passion to paint when I can capture the colors and the scenes of the outdoors. In my studios in New Hampshire and Florida; I paint on a larger scale and devote much of my time to paint miniatures.”

My style can vary from representative, impressionist to abstract using the medium of acrylic, oil or alcohol ink. 

Award winner artist, conducts workshops, participates in outdoor shows and other art events.

My miniature paintings are in yearly exhibitions around US and Canada. 

I am  also very active in my community and member of many organizations.

1977 to 1997

As Polly Mamone, I exhibited and sold my artwork throughout New England.

President of Nashua Artists Association 1991-1993

I also taught at the Institute of Art in Nashua, NH and conducted art classes for adult

and children in my studio of Nashua

 I received an Art degree from the University of New Hampshire and studied with many prominent artists.

My birth name (Paulette Chalifoux)  from Sainte Agathe des Monts, Quebec. My native language is French.

I have banking and bookkeeping experience (10 year. I have been a Real Estate Broker in NH since 1997 and

owner of a real estate business (Lake Gallery Real Estate)
